Casing The Catalog - Kinda

Okay, today is my weekly "Casing The Catalog"  post.  But this time I only "kinda" cased the catalog. I made three cards using the Stitched Triangle Dies from the main catalog on page 179 that coordinates with "The Right Triangle" stamp set on page 35 also in the main catalog.

However, the dies also coordinate with a stamp set in the 2020 Holiday catalog on page 22 called "Tree Angle".  I have the dies and stamp set from the annual catalog but I don't have the stamp set from the Holiday catalog so I needed to improvise.

For this card I used the returning designer series paper "Brightly Gleaming".  I'm so glad they brought this paper back it is so beautiful and I am always drawn to anything with shimmer and this paper has the copper foil accents.

For this card I used the Red Foil sheets on page 22 of the 2020 Holiday catalog for the background.  For the trees on this one and the next one I used Wrapped In Plaid 6x6 designer series paper from last year.  I found that I have one package of this that I didn't even open and most of another so since I didn't have the stamps from the new holiday catalog I just used this paper instead.

Want to know how I made those little tree trunks?  Check out the TAMS site where you can get FREE printable instructions and supplies lists. Just click on the picture to go to each link.

I also have a YouTube video up as well and I will send the full pack of Wrapped In Plaid dsp to the first person to subscribe to my blog AND YouTube channel.  When you subscribe leave me a comment and I will be in touch for mailing information.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you will consider shopping with me at my online store.  Be sure to check for the most recent host code.  For September 1-15th that is Y2KKZDVX.  For current codes just check the right hand column of my blog.
